Job Responsibilities:

Lead/support financial evaluation process for al potential M&A and greenfield opportunities

Lead/support operational and financial due diligence, including quality of earning analysis

Analyze financial statements and produce pro forma financial models

Support and manage pre-closing integration and closing processes

Support development of comprehensive financial and strategic rationale to inform determination of deal structure and deal negotiations

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required, major in accounting or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in Transaction Services, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development environments

Strong knowledge of financial analysis concepts, analytical ability, and attention to detail required

Strong project management/organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize assignments and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment required

CPA, CFA, or similar designation preferred
