Develop reports and preliminary concepts and full design phase deliverables including drawings, specifications, cost estimates, quantity take-offs, technical reports, narratives, and permit applications. Conduct traffic analyses to support feasibility studies, operation studies, safety studies, traffic signal optimization, and traffic signal warrant studies. PE License or ability to obtain. PTOE certification is desirable. Experience performing traffic analyses and preparing impact studies.
