Bakelite Synthetics is looking for a Reporting Analyst located at our global headquarters in Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Internal Reporting Senior Analyst, this position supports the Finance team to execute closing activities.

Essential Functions:

Execute specific tasks in closing Preparation of Intercompany services allocations Calculation of Capitalized Variances Preparation of other Journal Voucher to reflect adjustment in P&L

Support the preparation of:

Monthly Reporting Cycle deliverables, monthly Board update and Management Financial Package Quarterly Presentations to Management and Board of Directors Forecast and Budget Presentations Perform financial/business analysis related to actual results vs Budget / Latest Estimate (Forecasts) / Prior year. Perform Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis as requested Corporate spending Analysis

The position, under the guidance of the Reporting Senior Analyst, cooperates with the Reporting & Consolidation Leader and support CFO and VP FP&A for specific requests and analysis.

Knowledge, Education, Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting, Finance or relevant field 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting area strongly preferred Excellent Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information Must be trustworthy with confidential information Team player interact effectively with cross functional teams Proactive and well organized Consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (Filters, Pivots, Formulas, Graphs, Calculated Fields); Experience with SAP R/3 preferred Experience with Consolidation tool preferred
