We are looking for a recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting PT and OT candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with clinic directors and HR on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience working in a fast paced recruiting environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and posting job descriptions
  • First point of contact for candidates
  • Networking through industry contacts and universities
  • Setting up onsite and phone interviews
  • Conducting phone screen interviews
  • Managing candidate work flow
  • Coordinating with RD/CD/HR for meetings & interviews
  • Organizing and coordinating student/resident interviews
  • Assists with student placement and tracking
  • Recruiting PT Residency & Intern candidates
  • Attending networking events and local career fairs
  • Other HR related responsibilities/duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in clinical recruiting preferrably Physical Therapy
  • Must be tremendously outgoing and love to talk to people
  • Must be highly organized, engaged and a self-starter
  • Experience using an ATS, posting jobs, and sourcing
  • Ability to source candidates through multiple job boards
  • Ability to cover the Pacific Standard time zone
