As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, helping process donations, manage our donor database, and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries.Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring donors are acknowledged and appreciated promptly.Collaborate with management and communications teams to prepare engaging donor communications.Support fundraising and promotional events, including event planning, logistics, and day-of coordination.Maintain the donor database and provide internal training to ensure accurate data entry.Assist with data input, amendments, and report generation to meet fundraising priorities and deadlines.Stay up-to-date on fundraising initiatives and trends in the nonprofit industry.Take ownership of your role by contributing innovative ideas to enhance fundraising efforts.Qualifications:Passion for fundraising and supporting meaningful causes (prior experience is a plus but not required).Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Meaningful Impact: Be part of initiatives that make a real difference in the community.Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive team that encourages innovation and values dedication.Professional Growth: Gain hands-on experience in fundraising, donor relations, and event management while growing your skill set.
