Employee Relations Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage various Employee Relations tasks, such as providing support to employees, offering advice, and conducting investigations into issues
- Conduct employee background checks
- Stay updated on labor and union affairs to cultivate positive labor relations
- Provide guidance on sensitive labor and employee relations matters, including procedures for grievances and arbitration, handling performance concerns, and executing disciplinary actions
