About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at GTT, LLC. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in quality assurance, such as CQA or CQE.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
