Must be a self-starter with a proven track record of excellence in sales, management, and customer satisfaction.What We OfferMedical and Dental401K PlanPaid vacationGrowth opportunitiesPaid TrainingEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityHealth and wellnessDiscounts on products and servicesResponsibilities Knowledge of sales process, business philosophy and productsManager of a team of 6-8 agentsGenerate sales appointments through outbound prospecting and campaignsWill follow and maintain the behavioral expectations consistent with the Company's visions/valuesEnsure that department metrics and goals are met in relation to appointments set, appointments show and sold for Internet, and Inbound phone leadsAssist in and mentor in the process of generating the sales of vehiclesThe ability to proficiently deal with customers via telephone and emailManage employee schedules and time clock reporting for payrollMeasure, monitor, and report all shows and sold deals by the BDC Consultants for commission bonusHiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, terminating and disciplining of all BDC personnelEffectively utilize CRM and Lead Management toolsInstall processes and train employeesQualifications3-5 years internet sales, sales management, or digital marketing experience (Automotive)Must have sales experienceMust have flexible availabilityOutstanding customer service skillsProficient at operating a personal computer including CRM, Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel, and WordAbility to work in call center environmentAbility to work independently, self-motivated, and organizedAbility to thrive in a team environment and consistently display professional demeanorExcellent written/verbal skillsGreat attitude and positive high-energy personalityTenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiriesCompensation:Base Salary plus Aggressive Uncapped Performance Based Pay Plan
