Marketing Manager

Are you a versatile marketer with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, a unique knack for clever problem-solving, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities all while having some fun? Our client, a work apparel company, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to be join their team in a fulltime, role working onsite in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, attract new and existing customers, and boost sales. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to identify go-to-market strategies and opportunities.
Portfolio Note: Candidates must have 3-4 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail industry or a related field in order to be considered for this role.
You Will:
Develop strategic marketing plans by outlining goals, tactics, budget requirements, and recapping and analyzing results
Assist in managing and leading contractors and agencies while fostering collaboration and innovation
Utilize marketing and customer data to develop customer acquisition and retention strategies and campaigns to drive new and repeat sales of individual and B2B customers
Oversee the creation and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital (email, paid search, social media), print, direct mail, etc.
Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact
Drive creative brand-building initiatives to maintain and enhance brand identity and market position
Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to enhance and highlight in-store product categories, featured brands, seasonal launches, etc.
Define, track, and report on key performance target goals to measure the success of marketing efforts
You Have:
A Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3-4 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the retail industry or a related field
Experience in Microsoft Suite, GA4, ESPs, and social media platforms
Solid understanding of and experience using modern digital marketing technologies
Data-driven decision-making and analytics expertise
Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, partnered with motivation, enthusiasm, and inquisitiveness
Interest in exploring new marketing terrain and driving change
Confidence to present your ideas, projects, and results in front of the management team.
Experience taking creative and "fresh look" approaches to planning and execution; not risk-adverse
Detail-oriented, very organized, and able to multi-task within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines while remaining flexible
Ability to work and thrive within a team environment
Experience communicating in a clear and friendly manner both internally and externally
Logistics:
Projected Start Date: ASAP
Fulltime position, 40 hours/week
Onsite/offsite: Onsite in Quincy, MA
Team Structure: Reporting to VP, working closely with designers, project manager, and sales team
Salary: $80,000 per year
