By coordinating efforts between sales and marketing teams a successful candidate must be hands on, organized, demonstrate strong communication skills and possess an eye for detail. This role also requires a strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to distill this information into customer relevant, and focused communication.Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBuild sales materials like case studies, sell sheets, and white papers.Leverage customer insights and external expertise to create compelling creative. Advise design team on customer point of view to ensure communication cohesiveness between design and message.Expert at synthesizing broad information into concise sound bites for easy consumer comprehension that captures their imagination.Interact with PR staff to ensure that copy specifics are stated in a manner that is technically and legally correct.Manage projects with the sales team and effectively communicate what they are working on back to the marketing team, as to accurately strategize marketing effortsCoordinate ad hoc meetings with the sale team to review current marketing efforts and determine future needs.Coordinate team inclusion in brand playbooks.Schedule team participation in industry events.Compile competitors' data by distinguishing their product characteristics, market share and pricing.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experienceProven 2-4 years of experience in the same or similar roleStrong oral and written communicationFamiliarity with Microsoft suitePreferred QualificationsA high level of creativityA confident self-starter and able to move projects forward and meet deadlinesComfortable with managing multiple projects and prioritizingIs collaborative and enjoys being able to work well with different teams#LI-KK1#LI-Hybrid Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is part of the U.S. family of brands, which also includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop.
