Content Development Producer , you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that enhances Mastermind’s client journey and engagement across the Mastermind platform. Reporting to the Director of Client Success and working closely with the Content Director, this position requires a dynamic individual who can manage multiple facets of content creation and distribution, ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment with our company's goals. What you will do: In this role you will be responsible for: Content Creation : Oversee the creation of diverse content formats such as Mastermind Original courses, short videos, PDFs, and more. Collaborate with various teams to ensure content is engaging and meets the needs of our audience. Content Research and Development : Research and develop content topics that complement our existing content library and add value to our students. Find and collaborate with content creators in the personal development space. Content Strategy Development : Develop and execute a strategic content plan for Mastermind.com, including collaborations with external experts. Secure approvals for content ideas through product and content leads. Client Journey Integration : Create content that lives inside the Mastermind ecosystem from top to bottom, enhancing the client journey, adoption, and retention cycles. Studio Presence : Be actively involved in the studio during filming, identifying opportunities to enhance and liven up content, brainstorming, and testing ideas on the fly. Speaker Collaboration : Work with speakers, writing content, and aligning with the big picture vision to create engaging, educational, and entertaining content that teaches and inspires. Content Promotion : Manage the monthly production of the Mastermind.com magazine and work with cross-departmental teams to promote content effectively across the platform.
