Manage information in Power BI and Master Data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for business improvement, and develop KPI's. Function as the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) super user and Master Data Administrator. Proactively engage with software tools, business unit teams, IT, and Accounting and Control to improve visibility into the business operations. Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting, enabling timely and accurate decision-making. Solicit feedback from data users to ensure that the analytics provided are valuable and actionable. Continuously iterate and improve data analytics based on user feedback, adapting to changing business needs and requirements. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years supply chain or purchasing and business analytics. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in ERP systems, materials requirements planning (MRP), and related software. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proven experience in managing and analyzing data using Power BI or similar tools. Strong proficiency in data manipulation, visualization, and reporting. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience working in a collaborative team environment. Preferred: Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. Experience in supply chain management in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
