**Job Description** Description/Job Summary The Warehouse Coordinator will organize and execute all documentation supporting activities from receiving through shipping. The Coordinator will provide primary administrative and functional support duties for the Warehouse Team Lead and Supervisor. **Responsibilities/Duties** The Coordinator will be responsible for all documentation in support of the Warehouse operations. * Coordinate with other departments (Manufacturing, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain) to ensure products are received and shipped to achieve the optimal service level. * Performs general administrative duties in support of the Warehouse team (e.g. stock office supplies, filing, ongoing employee support and assistance, etc.) * Review purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy * Partner with the Transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. * Creation of relevant shipping documentation including Commercial invoice generation, packing slip and bill of lading. * Support the business through ad-hoc queries and maintain data and reports from a variety of resources as specific to departmental, organization and customer needs. * Participate in safety initiatives and support keeping the warehouse safe for employees and customers. * Complete work in a safe manner; adhere to all safety policies and procedures * Housekeeping duties including all forms of warehouse cleanup. **Required Skills** * Must be detailed orientated and accurate. * Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities under a given timeline. * Ability to show considerable discretion regarding sensitive and/or confidential information. * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a changing fast-paced environment. * Ability to work with a team * Must be confident, self-aware and independent **Preferred Skills** * Proficiency in MS Suite products (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook). * Knowledge of ERP, WMS, or TMS Systems, specifically Microsoft AX is a plus. **Required Experience** * 2-4+ years of related experience in Office Administration **Required Education** High School Diploma/GED Required.
