The Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Web Channel Optimization & User Experience for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that enhance our web experience, optimize conversion and drive lead generation. This role will lead online experience initiatives, manage our website feature roadmap, and execute online marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for web channel strategy, web marketing technology, and leveraging conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to drive demand generation through the web channel. You will also work closely with the other Digital Marketing team members to develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and paid advertising strategies. You will work with Regional Digital marketers to optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic. You will also identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, including emerging platforms and generative AI technologies.This position is part of the Digital Marketing & eCommerce team located in Deer Park, IL and will be hybrid role.
