This position will provide crisis intervention, skills training, and routine case management to individuals as clinically indicated.Duties includ initiating and collaboratively comleting uniform assessments and organizing and documenting service plans to meet the individual's identified needs.Expectations for this position include timely and thorough documentation, strong time management and organizational skills, effective scheduling, the ability to manage clinic flow efficiently, adherence to crisis procedures, and the flexibility to assist with crisis and other coverage areas as needed.This grant funded position is primarily based at the Terrell Clinic, with the added responsibility of providing telehealth and in-person services to the Greenville and Rockwall Clinics.Please note that travel within catchment area will be required as part of this role (mileage is reimbursed).

Minimum Qualifications:

Must possess at least a Master's degree in a related field and hold clinical licensure as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (e.g., Physician, LPC, LCSW, Psychologist, APRN, PA, or LMFT).The candidate should be familiar with applicable rules governing the provision of Mental Health and Substance Abuse services in an outpatient setting and have experience with liaison activities between internal and external psychiatric service providers.Basic office skills, organizational abilities, and knowledge of center policies/procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year work experience serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illlness and working in Cerner electronic health record system.

Salary: $32/hourly
