We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at The Collective Group, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality medical care to our patients and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain complete medical histories from patients and prescribe medications as needed.
- Perform physical examinations, including pelvic exams as required, and order routine and diagnostic lab and x-ray studies.
- Formulate working diagnoses for acute and chronic illnesses based on clinical findings, laboratory and x-ray reports, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Initiate and monitor patient management plans using protocols or consultation with supervising physicians.
- Refer patients requiring hospitalization or assessment and management of conditions to supervising physicians or appropriate specialists.
- Render emergency care and treatment, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, starting I-V fluids and medications.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, complying with required standards and regulations.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- At least 3 years' experience as a nurse practitioner, with pediatric experience required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Texas license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Certification by the appropriate specialty board.
