- Utilize keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint improvement opportunitiesand implement strategic solutions.

- Ensure strictcompliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentorpharmacy staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Providecomprehensive training and development initiatives for personnelgrowth.

Strategic Planning:

Budget Management:

- Develop andoversee the pharmacy budget, ensuring financial objectives are met.

- Implementcost-saving measures while upholding the quality of pharmaceuticalservices.

- Manage policiesand procedures related to inventory, prescription processing, andmore.

Quality Assurance:

- Establish andmaintain rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold the accuracyand safety of pharmaceutical services.

- Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to elevate the quality of pharmacyoperations.

- Ensure compliancewith legal and ethical guidelines, safeguarding patientconfidentiality.

Collaboration:

- Maintainprofessionalism in all internal and client-facing interactions.

- Serve as the mainpoint of contact for pharmacy operations with internal teams andexternal clients.

- Facilitate theimplementation of new business opportunities, providing valuablefeedback and insights.

Technology:

- Leverage pharmacymanagement software and technology to streamline operations.

- Evaluate andimplement strategies to enhance automation and efficiency.

- Ensure proficientuse of pharmacy management systems and other software tools.

Must-HaveRequirements:

- Bachelor's oradvanced degree in Pharmacy or a related field (PharmD preferred).

- Minimum 7 years ofproven experience in pharmacy operations management and/or deliveryoperations.

- 5 years ofexperience in the healthcare industry.

- Current,unrestricted KY Pharmacist License.

- Previouspersonnel/team management experience.

- Additional statelicensure preferred.

- Strong leadershipand interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge ofhealthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

- Excellentorganizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility totravel as needed.
