Avera is seeking Call Center Representatives
Position Highlights:

The Call Center Representative is one of several department team members answering incoming and making outgoing calls for the Call Center. The Call Center Representative directs calls of clinical nature to the appropriate clinician in a timely manner and may be responsible for department specific duties such as assisting callers with referrals, registrations, interpreter services, scheduling (i.e. transport requests) and/or other office duties as assigned. CCRs may assist with data entry, messages, and maintenance for all call center services offered.
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One year certificate from college or technical school and/or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience in clinic, hospital, and/or customer service related position preferred.
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
- $17.00 - $21.25 per hour
