PV&V Planning/Reliability Engineer

Productive Resources ( www.productiveresources.com ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Horicon, Wisconsin. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will

perform basic product design, testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operate in a team environment, provide input to design solutions, and participate in design reviews. Develop recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.

Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.

Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.

Help establish short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.

Requirements:

4-year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience .

Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude .

Strong problem-solving skills .

Strong communication and organizational skills to write clearly and concisely to document test procedures .

Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests .

Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations .

Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results .

MS Office experience .

Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.

Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
