The Clean Energy Centre of Excellence is in Glasgow. However, we recognize the value of remote and hybrid working so are open to applications throughout the UK. We are also looking to grow across Europe (with a team already in Hamburg), the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) so will consider candidates from other locations too.

The Role Due to significant growth plans for our consulting business, we are seeking to enhance our Clean Energy team with experienced individuals who are driven by solving complex technical challenges for our clients, that are key in achieving the Energy Transition.

Our Clean Energy team are industry-leading experts across:

Green Hydrogen and Power to X

Onshore and Offshore Wind

Solar PV

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

We would like to speak to individuals that have specialist Renewable Energy experience across the sectors above providing solutions from investment through to construction of Clean Energy projects. The typical jobs roles that we are seeking to fill are; Advisory Service Consultants, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural Engineers, Resource Analysts, and Project Managers.

Whichever role you come into you will interface with a multi-disciplinary team of highly capable Subject Matter Experts, Consultants, and Engineers to deliver best-in-class solutions that will ensure high customer satisfaction. This includes world-class private developers (major and independent), investment banks, utilities & power generation companies, pension funds, Technology Innovation and Research Centers – to name but a few. We provide value-add services bespoke to the clients' requirements across; advisory services, technical specialists, project management and owners engineering through all the phases of the project lifecycle. Our specialisms across the renewables sector include; onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen, solar, grid, storage, and infrastructure. The work that we do for our clients is key to making the energy transition possible.

Expected:

Previous experience within one or more of the sectors listed above

Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Strong customer focus and team-working skills

Readily adaptable with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Degree qualified in relevant discipline related to your chosen business area

Desirable:

Chartered Engineer or Scientist

Fellow of an appropriate professional institution

Commercial awareness of project delivery
