If you want to grow professionally and do good, we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The marketing manager is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that produce measurable results. They generate strategies that grow market share and brand reputation, improve customer experience, and drive growth. In addition, the marketing manager consistently demonstrates a positive and hardworking attitude, a continuous commitment to personal and process improvement, and the ability to build strong partnerships, one employee and one customer/carrier at a time, and by working in accordance with EL’s COACHTeam core values.

Essential Functions And Results Expectations
Leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns.
Drives lead generation through outbound email strategies, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, partnership initiatives, and other innovative approaches.
Creates compelling marketing assets that engage audiences and generate action.
Gathers customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
Utilizes data analytics and performance indicators to measure marketing initiatives’ success, identify improvement areas, make data-driven decisions and recommendations, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Uses best practices to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns accurately.
Develops formal integrated marketing strategy proposals complete with results forecasting based on existing experience and historical data.
Fosters a strong relationship with the sales team, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Proactively pursues knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and applies it to marketing efforts.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously and meets deadlines, fully embracing established project management tools.
Uses excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Effectively performs all other duties, as assigned.
Essential Duties And Functions
Prepare and distribute online and print marketing campaigns, collaborating with design, media, and communications team members.
Provide expert insight to team members regarding effective elements of online advertising.
Design marketing assets utilizing best practices, A/B testing, heat mapping, and other tools to ensure effectiveness.
Manage the company website with a strong understanding of exceptional design and functionality to drive traffic and qualified leads.
Monitor market trends and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
Manage external marketing partners such as design agencies, website hosting vendors, online advertising entities and publications, etc.
Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns on a scheduled basis to keep them fresh and effective.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Requirements
BS/MS degree in marketing or related field. Experience may be considered in place of education requirements.
Minimum of seven years of experience in a marketing role.
Two or more years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
Experience managing a website and a solid understanding of associated metrics and best practices.
High proficiency implementing lead generation strategies, including online marketing, search engine optimization, and email, and analyzing associated metrics.
Ability to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
High proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid ability to present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Proven knowledge of tools associated with creative design, digital marketing, and performance analytics, such as:
MS Office
WordPress or similar website management tool
Google Analytics and Search Console
SEO and ranking tools such as Semrush
Email marketing tools
Social media platforms
Adobe Creative Cloud
