Job Title: AVP, Electronic Banking Support (Hybrid Eligible: KS, MO) Job Description: Summary

Responsible for managing the Home Owners Association (HOA) and Property Management (PM) Specialty Banking Group Team. Provide service and support for existing HOA, PM, and other Specialty Banking Clients. Coordinate onboarding and training for new clients. Oversee the third party integrations our Specialty Clients utilize. Work closely with individuals from Business Banking, Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Specialty Banking, and Electronic Banking to ensure efficient and effective product implementation and utilization for clients. This position also includes leading projects, audits, and product implementations related to the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsibilities include assisting with the Central Operations team day-to-day duties, such as but not limited to; on boarding new TM services, training clients on TM services, researching/resolving customer issues, identifying/troubleshooting systems-related problems, ensuring operational integrity of accounts and processes consistent with Bank policies and procedures and legal/regulatory requirements.
  • Manages and monitors the daily workflow and workload of the team. Delegates to ensure work is completed accurately and timely.
  • Handles complex and escalated client concerns and issues. Maintains existing client relationships by addressing any customer service needs.
  • Develops and maintains department procedures, including training materials. Leads and manages training for new associates.
  • Works with internal departments on upgrades and projects to ensure a smooth client transition.
  • Leads audits and examinations within the department.
  • Works with Specialty, Treasury and Electronic Banking vendors on escalated issues.
  • Works directly with Third Party Integration Vendors to ensure our mutual clients are receiving exceptional customer service.
  • Works directly with IT and Vendor Management to establish new Third Party Integration Vendors.
  • Provides ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of HOA/PM Software Providers such as Cinc, Clickpay, Vantaca, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management, Electronic Banking policies and procedures and bank operations/policies/procedures/regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complicated information to customers (internal and external).
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to develop strong working relationships and interact well with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goals.
  • Motivated and open to change.
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of banking operations management experience is preferred
  • Minimum three years experience in the Specialty Banking field of HOA/PM
  • Minimum three years experience with Treasury Management products and services
