Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in financial matters and business-related issues, allowing them to focus on their social mission in their day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Conduct customer appointments and create comprehensive credit protocols, including analysis of internal assessments and documents submitted by the client.
- Act as a liaison between colleagues in the market and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Implement in-house sales campaigns as a team, driving business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a banking apprenticeship or degree in banking management (or equivalent).
- Good knowledge of business administration and first experience in corporate customer support.
- Strong customer service mindset, initiative, and reliability.
