Overview McNamara Company is a family-owned insurance agency headquartered in Minnesota. We work with multiple insurance carriers to provide our clients with quality insurance policies and excellent customer service. We currently have team members working remotely in multiple states and are licensed in all 50 states The Position The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales (our Producers) and customer support (our clients). In new business, the Producer will complete the sale and handoff to the Customer Success Manager to complete back-end tasks and relay to the Account Manager any further actions that need to be taken. The Customer Success Manager will oversee the new account until all is set up, paid, active, and the customer is happy. This may include working with an Account Manager or working alone to complete these items. In existing, renewal, and ongoing business, the Customer Success Manager will complete annual and/or periodic check-ins with customers and Account Managers in order to ensure ongoing tasks and updates are completed timely and correctly. The Customer Success Manager will ensure a smooth and positive client experience as well as efficient and streamlined account management internally. The Basics This position is offered 100% remote with office hours of 8am-4:30pm. The day-to-day of this position will be primarily in commercial lines working with our sales team and account managers. The Customer Success Manager will report to the sales team any successes or challenges to best serve clients. Customer Success Managers will also guide and be a resource for Account Managers to maintain an efficient workplace. Qualifications Must have experience working in the insurance industry. Must currently hold your residence state insurance producer license. Preferred applicants will have experience in a similar role. Opportunity We love continuing education and career advancement.
