The Bartender is responsible for ensuring guests receive excellent cocktails while meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

The Bartender is a non-exempt position under FLSA and reports directly to the Food and Beverage Management Team.

  • Ensures guests receive excellent service.
  • Ensures guests receive amazing cocktails.
  • Greets guests.

  • Cross trains as needed.
  • Pours and servers beer and wine.
  • Makes cocktails.
  • Ensures guests complaints are promptly addressed by management.

  • Follows proper money handling procedures.
  • Maintains safe work habits and work environments.
  • Abides by Alcohol Beverage Control safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
