Communication Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to craft clear and engaging messages for various audiences.

Project Management:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Collaboration:

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Creativity:

  • Innovative approach to content creation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with social media management tools.
  • Proficient with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies:

  • Increase brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
  • Craft strategies tailored to each platform's audience and unique features.

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and relevant content for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize multimedia elements such as images, videos, and infographics to enhance posts.
  • Develop captivating stories that resonate with our audience and highlight our projects.

Monitor Social Media Channels:

  • Stay current with social media trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Strategic Communication Plans:

  • Assist in the development of communication plans for engineering projects.
  • Ensure all communications align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
  • Facilitate consistent messaging across all channels and projects.

Internal Display Efforts:

  • Manage and update internal displays and standard office forms.
  • Oversee the ordering of company-branded materials.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field.
