Agents are responsible for assisting guests with a variety of needs including check-in and check-out; familiarizing guests with the resort; answering phone calls & assisting with questions; handling guest billings, resolving concerns and more.
We are seeking full-time & part-time, Front Desk Agents who love working with people in a fast-paced environment. We have morning & evening shifts available Prior experience preferred but not required. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, have strong verbal & written communication skills as well as problem solving skills. Experience working with computers is preferred. Must have a flexible schedule & be willing/able to work evenings, weekends (including Sundays), and holidays, as needed. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Competitive pay and great benefits
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, after 90/180 days of continuous employment, paid in two installments.
