Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Sana Hospitality LLC (COUNTRY INN & SUITES MIDWAY FL). As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless stay for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Confirm phone and online reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Collect payment from departing guests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests, ensuring seamless communication with designated departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
