We even offer pet insurance.The pay range for a Client Service Representative is $18 - $24 hourly (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses What You Will Do:The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders of Property & Casualty insurance by answering questions, interpreting policies, explaining coverage, and resolving concerns. The Client Service Representative will act as a liaison between the customer and insurance companies to answer questions, promote opportunities, and resolve concerns. While the primary focus of the Client Service Representative is delivering a white-glove customer experience, you will also have the ability to upsell and cross-sell existing clients.Our Ideal Candidate:We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high-performing customer service team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.
