What You'll Do:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by managing administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a collaborative team and make a real impact.

- Process & Manage Orders: Handle administrative tasks like processing purchase orders, issuing invoice credits, and updating service partnerships.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer calls and inquiries in a high-volume call queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate customer data within Salesforce and Oracle systems.
- Documentation Support: Distribute customer documentation (e.g., invoices) and ensure all paperwork is correctly processed.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate service-related issues and work with management to provide quick solutions.
- Meet & Exceed KPIs: Achieve quality and productivity metrics while juggling multiple tasks with precision.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Oracle is required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high-volume call queue environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adapting to new software applications.
- A proactive approach to resolving customer issues and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
