Role Description

The Client Operations Analyst reports to the Head of Client Operations and performs all critical Client Operations activities to deliver services and support to clients during the client onboarding process and throughout the client lifecycle. Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for all account inquiries and works to coordinate assistance from other Operations groups as required. Analyst interfaces directly with clients and interacts across internal teams in order to resolve questions/issues around Clarient platform, service delivery issues and other non-technical topics. In some situations, a Client Ops Analyst may be deployed to assist individual clients onboard onto the platform, which may involve overnight travel.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to clients throughout the onboarding process and provide ongoing support throughout the customer life cycle Coordinate across multiple
Operations teams to resolve client inquiries
Provide auxiliary support to clients for Account Administration functions including but not limited to: Client Invitation Distribution, User Account Set-up, Roles & Entitlements Assignment, Family Legal Entity Hierarchy Definition, and other non-technical functions Help educate clients on how the platform works (e.g., how to manage entitlements, how to upload data/documents) Provide phone/online support for various client-facing applications; interface with clients to resolve inquiries or to determine where inquiry should be directed
Help support new product rollouts Collect data for production of client-customized reporting Identify and resolve work processing issues; make suggestions to streamline operations and implement best practices
Recommend to customers methods or processes to improve the efficiency and reduce the time of onboarding Institutes best practices within department processes and works with customers to utilize Clarient?s services effectively Tracks and reports actual versus planned completion for overall area work
Skills & Expertise

3-5 years similar equivalent work experience in financial services industry
College degree
