Currently, we are looking for a talented and tenacious **Sales Manager** that thrives in a rapid Sales environment to join OmniCables Sales Team.

**What Youll Do:**

**Sales Strategy Responsibilities:**

* ? Manages and drives the sales strategy set by Regional Manager

* ? Coordinates & leads insides sales team

* ? Responsible for sales growth of assigned account list. Assesses branch trends: inventory, competitor information, and pricing patterns

* ? Operates as the primary escalation point for customer issues at the initial stage (in support of the AM)

* ? Communicates regularly with inside sales team and the RM on the status and progress of each account

* ? Collaborates with AM, DSM and RM on account planning

* ? Assists with the selection, hiring, training and performance management process for Account Managers

**Key Results:**

- Achieves financial targets (e.g., quote to order ratio and conversion rates based on region as appropriate)for the inside sales team

- Achieves development objectives of team within the assigned time frame

- Achieves specific regional initiatives goals and objectives set by the RM and reviewed quarterly.

- Develops a cohesive team / owner atmosphere within office

**What Youll Need:**

* Bachelors Degree preferred

* Five years of Account Manager experience

* Demonstrated strength leading change and growth situations

* Ability to positively motivate others

* Ability to coach and develop others

* Ability to demonstrate executive presence in confidence, expertise and a likeable presence; must be able to interface effectively

* Excellent leadership skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Excellent presentation skills

* Organizational skills

* Excellent listening skills

* Strong project and time management skills
