Who We Want

We are looking for highly skilled Sr Financial Planning & Analysis Associate to join our finance team. The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating forecasts, and providing recommendations to senior management on ways to improve the company's financial performance. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of financial analysis, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do

Responsible for providing critical information regarding operational performance for the Company’s production facilities. Responsible for financial reporting at the plant level, as well as certain corporate journal entries and business forecasting and planning.

When And Where

This will be a 830AM-5PM M-F position located at our Corporate Office in Walker, MI.

What You Need To Have

Bachelors degree strongly preferred in Finance, Accounting or related field 3-5 years experience in a finance or accounting role Public accounting experience is preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Critical Evaluation: Use an objective and balanced approach toward analysis and decision making Detail-oriented and analytical Self-motivated Proficient with Microsoft Office Advanced Excel skills required Knowledge of financial statements, variance analyses and budgeting Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to finance and non-finance groups Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting 1-3 years of experience with increasing responsibility Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
