Collections Specialist (remote)
to join our growing team
Position Overview
Performs various
accounts receivable
activities including
communicating with clients via
telephone and email
,
debt validation,
research
ing
disputes and
resolv
ing
discrepancies for clients
.
This position interacts with the Sales
and Service departments to help resolve issues for the client
.
Position Summary
Conducts
research to aid in the investigation of billing discrepancies and errors
Will
be responsible for
responding to customer inquiries
regarding
bills
Works under moderate supervision
We are looking for someone who brings
Experience:
Typically requires
3

6
years of related
customer service
experience
Computer/Technical:
Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
Other Skills:
Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization and follow up skills
Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
