Job Purpose: The Reliability Engineer reviews machine reliability and measures and improves MTBF and MTTR. The Reliability Engineer will review and improve upon Preventive Maintenance Work Instructions and support Maintenance and operations continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities

Reliability Analysis. Review and improve Preventive work instructions and frequency. Support the introduction and expansion of predictive maintenance. Measure and evaluate Mean Time Before Failure and Mean Time to Repair. Support Capital Projects with documentation. Qualifications and skills

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other technical degree. Ability to interpret, analyze, and present technical information using practical judgment Capable of functioning effectively in a team environment and work independently to progress initiatives. Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills in group settings as well as one-on-one Knowledge of data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis Proficient conducting data analysis and using data analysis software applications Knowledge of standard quality and reliability tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), Weibull Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistics.
