You will work with individuals and families struggling with mental health and substance use concerns, offering support, guidance, and evidence-based interventions to promote recovery and well-being.Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and substance use concerns to create personalized treatment plans.Therapeutic Services: Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and more.Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop treatment goals and plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting them as needed.Client Engagement: Build a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to facilitate engagement and motivation for treatment.Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health or substance use issues.Education and Support: Educate clients and their families about mental health and addiction, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care.Ethical Standards: Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality at all times.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.(Preferred)State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, License Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure.
