Jij sluit je aan bij de 15 collega's van de supportafdeling van het team customer success. Zij staan bekend om hun kwaliteitsbewustzijn en hun goede samenwerking. Hulp vragen als het moet en hulp aanbieden als het kan, dt zit in hun DNA. We kennen weinig vooraf uitgestippelde paden, waardoor je veel ruimte krijgt om je eigen weg te kiezen.

Onze collega's van customer success bieden ondersteuning bij het inrichten, aanpassen en toepassen van de software. Zij zetten altijd net dat extra stapje voor de klant. Customer support professionals, consultants en projectmanagers geven samen de beste support aan onze klanten.

De supportafdeling werkt snel en doortastend en zet service aan de klant centraal. De afdeling staat dan ook bekend als ht kenniscentrum van Exact. Op dit moment werken de meeste collega's vanuit huis en ondanks het werken op afstand voelt het nog steeds als een cht team.

* een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.

* werkervaring als customer support medewerker of medewerker klantenservice.

* uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

* het vermogen om de behoeften van de klant in kaart te brengen door actief luisteren.
