The essential responsibilities of the Credit Counselor are to advise customer's on Division's credit policies and answer customer's questions concerning commercial deposits, delinquent accounts, discounts and rates; order services connected or disconnected; and grant or refuse credit.

Qualification Requirements
To perform the Credit Counselor role, you must:
-Pass Division Data Entry Exercises, Group C.

-Have successfully completed Placement/Performance Exercises.

-Have successfully completed Customer Service Simulation Test.
-Have a valid driver's license from state of residence.

-Reside and maintain residence in Shelby County, TN within 6 months from hire date.

Physical Working Conditions

Work inside and outside under good conditions. Subject to light lifting and stress associated with handling customers using abusive language.
