Help Desk Technician Summary:

Here at BridgePoint, the Help Desk Technician provides Tier 1 support while resolving technical problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity issues and maintaining excellent communication and customer service.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred, Preferably in Information Technology or Related Field

Licenses/Certification: N/A

Experience:
  • 2 - 4 years of experience
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and Computer peripherals like Printers and scanners.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work directly with the internal staff.
  • Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Experience providing help desk support a plus.
  • Desktop Support Engineer experience preferred
