Front Desk Sales Manager for Self-Storage Facility Are you a dynamic and customer-focused professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the self-storage industry? We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Manager to join our team at [modSTORAGE], located at our [Monterey, CA.] facility.

**Position:** Front Desk Sales Manager **Location:** [Monterey, CA] **Type:** Full-time **Responsibilities:** - Greet and assist customers with inquiries, reservations, and rentals - Manage daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service - Handle sales transactions, including payments and account management - Maintain accurate records of rental agreements and customer interactions. - Coordinate with the facility manager to ensure smooth operation and upkeep of the facility - Conduct regular facility tours and inspections to maintain high standards - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals - Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

**Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus - Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the self-storage or related industry - Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
