Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist the Program Manager in the coordination and help lead all aspects of newly contracted projects from the sales team to production, until final delivery and installation in various cities, which include Boston, Orlando and Las Vegas. This position will interface with virtually all company departments as well as being the secondary point of contact for the client. Successful candidates will be highly professional, be able to process information from many sources, distill down to important elements, and communicate clearly to all parties impacted.

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist the Program Manager in the coordination and help lead all aspects of newly contracted projects from the sales team to production, until final delivery and installation in various cities, which include Boston, Orlando and Las Vegas. This position will interface with virtually all company departments as well as being the secondary point of contact for the client. Successful candidates will be highly professional, be able to process information from many sources, distill down to important elements, and communicate clearly to all parties impacted.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, organization, and be present for events, including conferences, corporate meetings, and social gatherings.
Participate and assist in the development of event strategies, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and meet their needs.
Communicate plans throughout the organization and to the client and alert the entire internal team to any deviations to schedule as they happen.
Assist in the management and supervision of event staff, vendors, labor, and contractors during events.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during events.
Maintain records and documentation related to event planning and execution.
To have a roll in the evaluation and success of the events through post-event analysis and feedback collection.
Assist in the coordination of the resolution of client concerns or site challenges that happen from time to time. Communicate field quality issues back to Operations team and follow up for resolution.
Participation in the vendor assignment, selection process and reconciliation efforts.
Travel as dictated by job requirements, regardless of location. Requires both Day and Night shifts.

Qualifications:

bachelors degree preferred

2 years experience in program management required or advanced study in the Events Management field including college programs.

Excellent organizational skills, comfortable with planning and logistics proficient in project management software

Strong Planning, Analytical and computer skills (intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
