As part of our Human Resources team, you will partner with hiring managers and internal resources to source, attract and assess talent. Using your knowledge of our markets, culture, and career options, you will help create and implement recruiting strategies to fill open positions and build our future pipeline, providing a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. The location of the job is flexible within regions of Colorado or Nebraska. Primary Responsibilities: Serve as primary recruiter for multiple assigned locations/functions, and backup recruiter, as needed. Work with a sense of urgency to identify, recruit, and retain talented candidates for a variety of positions, using limitless sourcing channels. Function as a strategic and trusted partner with your assigned managers, keeping current on their business needs, staff dynamics, strengths and opportunities. Act as an advisor relative to staffing, labor market, competitor job offerings, attracting top candidates and more. Increase quality applicant flow by partnering with community partners, attending job fairs, advertising and sourcing new pipelines. This includes cold-calling sourced candidates, as needed. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct initial screening of candidates. Schedule, coordinate and communicate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. Advise and coach hiring managers on best practices and interviewing skills. Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting cycle (i.e., communicate status, answer questions, prepare, negotiate, and extend offers, obtain new hire paperwork, initiate pre-employment processes, schedule start dates, participate in on-boarding, etc.) Develop knowledge of current marketplace and trends to ensure competitive hiring. Recommend, coordinate, and participate in hiring, networking and external recruiting events, including campus recruiting events. Identify partnership and recruitment opportunities for assigned college campuses. Research and identify advertising options, social media vehicles, and job board posting opportunities. Post jobs, requisitions, and social media updates within established guidelines. Conduct/Perform recruitment administrative tasks Understand and comply with all policies and procedures. Maintain awareness of applicable EEO and legal hiring requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. May consider equivalent years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in a high-volume, fast paced recruitment environment strongly preferred. Technical recruiting experience (IT, Engineering, Operations) is desirable. Interviewing experience is required; Full cycle recruiting experience is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, if needed to achieve hiring objectives. Good sales ability/persuasive skills, and comfort with cold-sourcing candidates. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers and coworkers. Ability to represent Viaero professionally at all times and in various situations. Solid organizational skills with demonstrated multitasking abilities. Strong follow-up skills are needed, along with the ability to organize project timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/ATS applications. ADP experience is a plus. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to initiative and demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problems. Ability to travel as required within Colorado, Nebraska, and Kansas. Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license (Colorado or ability to quickly obtain a Colorado license), and have ability to pass all pre-employment tests/checks, including substance screen, MVR and criminal background. Anticipated starting range is from $50K and upward. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience
