As we embark on our journey to establish Two Flags Vodka as an up and coming brand, we are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Director of Sales. Position Overview: As the Regional Director of Sales at Two Flags Vodka, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and growing our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced start-up environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

Identify new sales opportunities and market segments to drive business growth.

Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

2. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive sales and distribution.

Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with distribution partners and customers.

Explore new channels and partnerships to expand the company's reach and market share.

3. Sales Execution: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance objectives.

Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.

Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, implementing corrective actions as needed.

4. Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and trade marketing initiatives.

Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance metrics and generate regular reports to assess progress against goals.

Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Use insights to optimize sales strategies, pricing, and promotional activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the spirits industry, preferably in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment. Strong understanding of sales techniques, distribution channels, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
