We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Governance and Operations) to join our team A brief summary of your job responsibilities: Manage funding and budget planning for Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) Programme. Lead and manage the procurement of ICT products and services, as well as management of vendor services and contracts, to ensure ICT services are delivered on time, within budget and meet business requirements. Administration of project funding and grant which includes monitoring and reviewing of project fundings. Understand the government procurement policy and advise project teams on meeting such policies while enabling project needs to be met. Identify potential procurement risks and their implications to the project stakeholders, and propose mitigating measures to manage the risks. Review, clarify, negotiate, and finalize proposals and business rules with suppliers. Drive innovation on work processes. Monitor and track project expenses and timelines. Ensure that records and documentation of projects and related issues are kept updated. Support and participate in regular governance reviews, including security compliance, project audits, and events such as Auditor-General’s Office (AGO) audits. Any other duties that may be assigned. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will ideally have: Experience in Project Management for Monitoring and Tracking. Organized and meticulous approach. Able to effectively interact with and manage stakeholders’ expectations. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Knowledge in Government IM on Procurement; use of GeBIZ system will be an advantage. Knowledge in AGO’s Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) will be an advantage.
