Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Maintain a keen focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, AWS, Azure) preferred. Proven experience managing infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on servers, VMware, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), firewalls, and related technologies. Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies for infrastructure management and virtualization. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in Agile or iterative project management methodologies is a plus.
