Account Manager As an Account Manager, you will act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for key clients, cultivating relationships, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing initiatives that achieve measurable business outcomes. You will manage accounts with an ownership mindset, overseeing all aspects of client engagement from onboarding to execution and reporting. You'll collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and KPIs. Your ability to combine strategic thinking with exceptional communication and leadership will be critical to maintaining client trust and achieving sustainable growth. An ideal candidate possesses executive presence, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to translate complex client objectives into actionable marketing strategies. You will operate as a business consultant, guiding clients toward success while identifying opportunities to expand value and deepen long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Serve as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring the successful delivery of marketing solutions that meet defined KPIs and marketing objectives. Build, maintain, and grow multi-stakeholder relationships, including executive and senior-level client contacts. Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive incremental revenue. Monitor account performance through data-driven insights, preparing detailed performance marketing reports and presenting strategic recommendations to clients and leadership. Lead weekly strategic planning sessions to assess progress, recalibrate priorities, and mitigate risks. Anticipate client challenges and proactively deliver solutions to maintain satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, processes, and client delivery standards, ensuring operational excellence. Represent the agency's brand and values in all client interactions, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Salary: $2000 / month Type of Work: Full-time remote Work Schedule: 8-hours per day Mon-Fri USA business hours
