Opening new stores:

Ensure all preparations are completed according to the opening schedule including recruiting staffs and store setup. •

Lead Generation and Sales:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, and negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. •

Strategic Partnerships:

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and industry associations. •

Client Management:

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. •

Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. •

Revenue Growth:

Reporting:

[Qualifications] •

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the catering or food service industry. •

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. •

Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. •

Language:

Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus. •

Travel:

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
