Job Overview :
The Key Partner Manager will lead a team of Key Partner Consultants and cross-functional Subject Matter Experts in executing business goals and operational efficiency for Key Partners in the company's OEM channel. With a focus on driving revenue, managing ongoing operations, spearheading initiatives, and overseeing major projects, the Key Partner Manager collaborates across the organization to develop and execute programs fostering mutual success for Key Partners and Safe-Guard.
Job Responsibilities :
Assist the Key Partner Leader in creating medium- and long-term strategies to drive adoption and penetration of company products, services, and solutions that grow partner and company revenue.
Onboard, develop, and lead team members to achieve Key Partner and Company goals.
Proactively manage and analyze program data and processes to identify issues that impede productivity, efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
Implementing processes and initiatives across the organization that drive revenue and high-quality customer service experience for Key Partners.
Reviewing and analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, reports, external data, and market trends to identify and create mutual opportunities for growth and customer retention.
Leading and influencing the following operations to support Partners through the product delivery cycle as well as execute Key Partner imperatives:
Projects and New Initiatives
New Dealer Onboarding/Reinsurance Enrollment
Rates/Forms/Compliance
AR/AP/Client Account Services/Financial Systems
E-Comm menu/Portal/Service Drive
Claims/Cancellation/Dealer Direct/PWA
Reporting/Data Analytics/BI/Risk
Essential Functions :
Foster effective relationships with mid and senior-level Key Partner personnel to promote product adoption, increase product penetration, and spur new product development to grow account profitability.
Led monthly and quarterly business reviews, strategizing with critical partners at the senior management level to achieve mutual business objectives.
Develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategies to achieve annual goals and objectives by product.
Rank performance against objectives and provide forecasts to leadership as appropriate.
Coordinate with External teams on understanding business goals & strategies and assisting in prioritizing tasks to achieve mutual business goals.
Team with Claims Operations and Risk Management teams to analyze overall program performance and identify action plans supporting business objectives.
Coordinate with internal and Partner Technology teams to Identify solutions that drive overall business growth.
Coordinate internal resources to deliver business solutions, reporting and analytics, and accounting services to client management.
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and development to an internal team of Key Partner support personnel; ability to lead a diverse team to achieve results effectively.
Effectively influence across multiple functions and with external service providers to achieve objectives relevant to Key Partner accounts.
Demonstrate critical thinking skills to develop dynamic business strategies.
Drive overall Key Partner retention and profitability.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Technology, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of demonstrated expertise in Key Account Partner Relationship Management
3+ years of previous leadership experience leading a team focused on Key Accounts/Key Partner relationship management.
Knowledge of standard systems and subject matter expertise in (1) or more operational areas, i.e., claims adjudication, Dealer onboarding operations, Retail Dealer Finance and Insurance operations, menus systems; F&I third party administration, Automotive OEM Financial Services, or Retail F&I operations.
Proven experience in sales planning, business, and market development; Ability to take ownership of client portfolios and drive business
Business acumen: ability to forecast with accurate data analysis
Demonstrated ability to leverage internal and external resources to achieve objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: demonstrated ability to deliver precise and well-organized presentations; Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship, and account management skillset
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, pro-active, proven track record of sales success
Flexible schedule with the ability to travel an average of 35% of the time.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
