Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX National Dentex for a Corporate Accounts Director - Dental Service Organization (DSO).Due to the territory, we prefer candidates to live in one of the following areas:California, Texas, Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO, Richmond, VA or Raleigh, NC.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursementPrimary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:Cross functional partnership and leading through influence across the integrated sales and lab teams. Drive strategic account management and delivery at the DSO level, focusing on the development and execution of long-term business plans to protect share and drive growth.Identify, establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision makers in assigned DSO, GPO and Specialty Market accounts. Serve as primary business contact and communication liaison with key accounts.Managing corporate relations and all contract negotiations, pricing support and sales related support functions for NDX products and service sold through DSO and GPO customers.Secure/implement contracts that increase share, revenue and GP within the customer base and being an equal partner with the Field Sales Team in the execution of plans that meet or exceed the company's business objectives.Establish and maintain relationships with key DSO and GPO decision makers while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions.Responsible for driving overall DSO sales growth through existing customer base as well as converting new DSO prospects into NDX customers within assigned geography.Negotiate & Sign agreements with DSOs to drive profitable market share gainsWork with NDX Sales, Marketing, Lab, and other strategic partners to develop and implement corporate strategies.Manage and analyze business performance (revenue, GP, share) within customer base and coordinate NDX Team sales activities./Prepare and or review financial models to recommend and establish appropriate pricing tier(s) to meet customer's needs with NDX guidelines.Monitor and manage performance to commitment levels based on agreement deliverables.Provide contracting support, overview and direction to sales team members.Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.Understand customer needs and establish specific business plans and solutions that meet those needs while driving NDX business objectives.Monitor DSO strategies and marketplace developments and communicate throughout organization as appropriate.Skills and Abilities Required:Corporate account and large account management (DSO experience preferred, Medical Device and Pharma experience considered)Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota in a matrix sales environment with sell point directly to end user as well as influencers..Leading Teams & Project ManagementExperience with Customer NegotiationsAbility to handle multiple projects, meet required deadlines of each and deliver results.Excellent listening skills to assess concerns and needs of the customer.Excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with a wide array of both external and internal customers.Proficient computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office productsWelcomes and embraces accountability.Must be able to travel in this role, travel 50% of time.Minimum Education and Experience Required:BA/BS degree required; MBA preferredMinimum of 8 years successful sales, marketing or service related experience to direct customer delivery in the Dental or Healthcare field.3 years of remote team management.Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:All office equipmentPhysical Requirements:Perform tasks at workstations-standing and sitting for extended periods of time.Valid Driver License with clean record is required.
