Coilmaster CorporationCome join a team where People make the difference As a part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., a highly decentralized organization, we rely heavily on people with the aptitude, attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive our success, and we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent.Responsibilities:As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the assigned region while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.Collaborating closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requirements.Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.Providing regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.Qualifications:To excel in this role, you should possess:A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field.
